Many years ago, I photographed every dish I ordered in restaurants - long before it became a trend and at a time when people still looked at it quietly and whispered about it. At this time I did this without much ulterior motive and probably more because of the interest in photography and the joy of taking pictures and eating. About six years ago, my photo album on Facebook " Eating out is also a hobby " came to me, which I had relatively soon filled with 1,000 photos of my meal. So the successor was born " Eating out is also a hobby 2 " - all still purely hobby.
The name of the albums - and therefore my "secret claim" - originated, since since I can remember friends, family and acquaintances joked again and again with me: "Dining and eating out is not a hobby, Roman!". Meanwhile, around has spoken: But it is! For me the only true and meanwhile also for five years my (dream) occupation. With much diligence, interest and ambition, I have meanwhile made it over the years to the restaurant tester. At the same time, I am also testing more and more new start-ups, products and events all about food and drink. With my website, I am known to restaurateurs, companies, foodies and Co. city.
For me, eating out is the ideal combination of everything that is fun: meeting friends, ending the day or being in, being out and about, trying out new things and getting to know culinary diversity. Since I meanwhile spend most of my time, my party evenings and weekends in cafés, bars and restaurants or at fairs and events all about foodYears ago, people in my environment encouraged me to "make more" of my "vocation". This idea did not let me go any further and so after a while I gave up my creative job in an advertising agency and finally, with a lot of effort, overcoming and numerous tips of nice people decided not to "just report by the way", but to add my own page to Roman Kalinic blog Called life. It is now the focal point for over 100,000 readers per month and my pride and joy.
